Are all products on Purani Dukan pre-loved or new?
Most of our products are pre-loved, but we also offer brand-new items. Each item undergoes a thorough quality inspection and Ultra clean process to ensure customer satisfaction.
Do you have any physical outlet?
Right now, we have online platform for Purani Dukan working at home, not any physical Outlet yet but we'll have our own Physical outlet in future.
What is your shipping policy and delivery timeline?
We charge a flat shipping fee of Rs. 200 on all orders. Orders are typically delivered within 3 to 6 working days all over Pakistan, except on Sundays.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. Use this number on the courier’s website to track your order.
Can I exchange a product instead of returning it?
Yes, exchanges are allowed if the requested product is available in stock and meets our return criteria.

We accept Cash-on-Delivery (COD), Easypaisa, JazzCash, direct bank transfer, and all major debit/credit cards.

Since most of our products are pre-loved, they do not come with a warranty. However, we ensure quality through rigorous inspections before listing.
